As a Spirit Consultant, you'll blend your deep knowledge and enthusiasm to elevate every sip, offering unparalleled flavour insights and bespoke recommendations.

**Key Activities and Responsibilities**:
Ability to understand spirits by category and direct consumers from competitor brands to Bacardi brands within same categories or price points.
- To drive growth of Bacardi premium brands on all relevant categories
- Analyse outlet spirit stock on hand and escalate findings
- Manage replenishment from DC ensuring zero OOS at store level.
- Manage and implement upcoming promotions per category in spirits
- Ensure that planograms are implemented in store.
- Communicate key selling points to switch consumer choices from competitors to Bacardi brand
- Consolidate and feedback on competitor activity in the area with proposed action place to counter such activity.
- Manage and influence promo price adherence
- Gather key data through CRM surveys on handheld device
- To map top customers and to build custom deals and activities with these customers to drive brand penetration.
- Required to work Wednesday to Sunday from 9am till store closes
- Required to complete instore promotions on the last Saturday of the month and the first Saturday of the new month. Promotional brands will be D'usse, Patron and Bombay

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Grade 12
- Flexible working hours** - Thursday to Saturdays 10am-4pm and Sundays 10am-2pm**:

- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Good Brand knowledge
- Energetic & Excellent Customer Service
