We are seeking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, creative individual with excellent personal presentation to join our team The ideal fit for the role will have a strong background in hairdressing preferably natural hair with previous supervisory experience. The focus of the role is to assist the Salon Manager with all aspects of keeping the salon running smoothly, including managing the creative stylist team, inventory control, stock ordering, helping the stylists with any appointmen overflow, attending to customer queries, and complaints, along with training and keeping the team excited.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the day to day operations of the salon.
- Demonstrate high standards of service and interpersonal skills, mentor and motivate staff, drive revenue and sales.
- Manage customer appointment scheduling.
- Welcoming clients and offering beverages.
- Collaborate with the salon manager, creative stylists and clients to help develop effective customer satisfaction strategies.
- Assist management with inventory control and ordering of new supplies.
- Collaborate with suppliers to obtain new and exciting products first.
- Assist the creative stylist team with requests for time off and take calls from team members regarding attendance and sickness.
- Be a key holder for the salon, open and close, and be on call for emergencies, such as a fire or break-in, in the absence of the salon manager.
- Take in deliveries of stock, check inventory, and check invoices for payment before obtaining authorization from the manager.
- Manage and assist with the cleaning of the salon.
- Support the creative stylist team with creative stylist duties during busy periods or when other team members are absent.
- Arrange staff training and hygiene courses when needed.
- Assist with content creation and social media marketing strategies and duties.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Three (3) years hair dressing experience, photos of one's work required.
- One (1) year in a supervisory role in a salon.
- Matric
- Must be a South African Citizen or have valid work permit.

Pay: From R5 500,00 per month
