**Role description**
- Must have digital literacy.
- Have good communication skills.
- Proficient in two or more languages.
- Provide quality and telephone etiquette when interacting with clients on various communactions channels be it inbound or outbound calls.
- High-performance and work well under-pressure.
- Resolve customer queries.
- Data capturing.
- 1/2 yrs sales experience.

**Role requirement**
- Must have good telephone ettiquette.
- Problem solver and,
- Must have call centre experience.
- Proficeient in MS word and excel.
- Data capture.
- Must be proficient in two or more languages.
- Must demonstrate professionalism.

**Salary**: R3 500,00 - R6 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- East London, Eastern Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cold calling: 2 years (required)
