Key Responsibilities:

- Uphold the **professional management** of our Spa’s daily operations.
- Foster **positive relationships** and **team spirit** among staff.
- ** Train and develop** employees, enhancing their potential.
- Conduct **inspections**, ensuring our standards never falter.
- Guarantee **constant coverage** at the treatment desk.
- ** Distribute workload** fairly and efficiently.
- Maintain **impeccable standards** of presentation and cleanliness.
- ** Resolve guest complaints** with grace and effectiveness.
- Oversee **staff safety** and **protective clothing** adherence.
- Manage **stock control** for consumables, ensuring seamless operations.
- Perform **daily room checks** and **therapist rostering**.
- Handle **cashing up duties** with precision.
- Navigate the **Schedule booking system** with ease.
- Keep **checklists updated**, reflecting operational excellence.
- ** Process and pack online orders**, coordinating with couriers.
- Maintain **up-to-date online stock** levels.
- Fulfill **in-house orders** for our exclusive Capri line.

Essential Requirements:

- ** 2 - 3 years** of experience as a **Senior Beauty Therapist**.
- Proven track record in a **managerial role** and **people management**.
- ** Computer literacy**, especially in **Microsoft Office**.
- ** Qualifications** in aesthetics (e.g., Masters Diploma in Aesthetician, ITEC, CIDESCO, SAAHSP).
- A **passion for healing** and **wellness**.
- ** Fluency in English**; additional languages are a plus.
- ** Well-groomed** appearance and professional demeanor.
- ** Exceptional interpersonal** and **communication skills**.
- Comprehensive knowledge of **treatment procedures** and **products**.
- Non-Smoker
- Own Transport
- Must be based / Live in the Stellenbosch region.

Remuneration:

- A competitive salary range of **R20,000 - R25,000**, commensurate with experience.
