**Opportunity Available Our leading client in the Automotive Sector is looking to employ a Technical Product Owner/ Tool Owner to join their dynamic team in East London.**

***
- **You are responsible to deliver digital tools in full End-to-End responsibility during its entire lifecycle.**
***:

- **This includes the overall quality, technology, reliability and cost of the digital tool.**
***:

- **To assure this delivery you work closely with the Business Analysts, Solutions Architect, and a DevOps team.**
***:

- **The End-to-End responsibility includes the technical integration of IT systems and to ensure the connections to shared services to your digital tool.**
***:

- **All activities will be done in compliance with the Company's Integrity Code and other relevant policies.**

**Technical Requirements**:
***
- **Advanced understanding of modern software, including hands on experience.**
***:
***:

- **Knowledge and experience of various types if files that can be shared through an interface (e.g. JSON, XML, CSV, etc.).**
***:

- **Knowledge and experience of how to operate delivered digital tools so that you can assure the easy operation. **Examples**:Datadog, ObsGenie, Mattermost, Kubernetes, CheckMK, Kibana.**
***:

- **Knowledge and experience of how to plan projects, define deliverables and to control quality and cost matters. Examples: Agile Fundamentals, Agile Tools, Kanban, Six Sigma, Lean, Scrum**
***:

- **Knowledge of IT standards, Software Security concepts**
***:

- **Experience and or knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Cloud Development.**
***:

- **Knowledge and experience of the complete overview portfolio of how to structure the code delivery from Build, Deploy and Operate. **Examples**: Docker, Git, Jenkins, Terraform, GitHub, Kubernetes, DevOps, CI/CD, API**.**
***

**Non-technical Requirements**:

- **Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.**

- **Familiar and comfortable with Agile methodology, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**

- **Good communication skills.**

- **A technical mind-set and analytical approach.**

**Outputs**:
***
- **Bounding a close connection to the PTO (Product Tool Owner) and or Business Analyst to be the first to understand core process changes.**
***:

- **Together with the solution architect, you provide the technical roadmap for your product, and is responsible for the planning and coordination of activities required** **to move to the** **roadmap (demand management for these topics with the development team).**
***:

- **You work with the Business Analyst to define the technical requirements for the product e.g. interfaces, API’s etc.**
***:

- **Translating process needs and changes into digital backlog description's**
***:

- **Working close with the DevOps team to embrace trust, commitment and code quality for the digital tool operation.**
***:

- **Drive Innovation in the company plant and focus on the big picture. Examples: Design Thinking, Business Strategy, Business Plan.**
***:

- **Organize technical deep dives with IT experts and lead IT solution decisions for the digital tool.**
***:

- **Guarantee the operation of the digital tool and its shared connections.**
***:

- **You ensure that security and legal requirements are complied with for your product, including arrangements for code scans, EPA (Penetration) scans, security Profiling etc.**
***:

- **You know the most common requirements towards own product and are able to define tasks for these based on input from the relevant protection stakeholders.**
***:

- **You are responsible to request server infrastructure for your products.**
***:

- **You are responsible for the planning and coordination of technology upgrade projects and migrations for your products.**
***:

- **You are responsible for technical system documentation updates in the corporate system life cycle planning system of the company.**

***

**Job Requirements**:

- **Minimum NQF 7 - BSC/BCom/BTech in Information Technology, Information Systems Engineering or Computer Science or relevant equivalent.**

- **Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT relevant**
