**Job Purpose**
- The Department of Economic Development and Tourism has an opportunity for a suitable qualified and competent individual to render an effective and efficient transport service.

**Minimum Requirements**
- An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification); A minimum of 1 year experience in transport administration; A valid (Code B or higher) driving licence.

**Key Performance Areas**
- Render advise and administrative support on transport, Coordinate and facilitate maintenance and servicing of vehicles, Coordinate monthly GMT invoice payments and Conduct employee supervision.

**Competencies**

**Knowledge of the following**:Transport management systems and government vehicles usage policies; Fleet maintenance and control procedures; Public Finance Management Act, Treasury Regulation and Transport Circulars.
**Skills needed**:Written and verbal communication; Decision-making; Planning, Analytical thinking; Computer literacy (fleet database, MS Office); Report writing; Organising and co-ordination.

**Remuneration**

**R 325 101 - R 382 959 per annum (Salary level 7)**
