**LODGE MANAGER - HOUT BAY - R Market Related**

The Right Company are currently recruiting for a Lodge Manager for a stunning Lodge in Hout Bay.

Minimum Requirements:

- National Certificate in Travel & Tourism Management (or studying towards this)
- Driver’s license

Personal Attributes:

- Guest experience focus
- Organised
- Leader
- Solutions driven

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Ensuring standards are set and exceeded to ensure the guest experience is seamless and flawless from check-in to check out
- Staff Management of the front office and service staff
- Operational logistics
- Guest relations & Liaison.
