**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**

The Project manager will be responsible for the planning, processing, and execution of a project, this includes the scope, start and finish to achieve business outcomes.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To work directly with key stakeholders to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
- Overseeing all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Minute keeping
- The execution of projects through build/test/deploy phases using both agile and waterfall approaches as appropriate.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis. Risk management
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across functions.
- Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Report the project status internally and to the customer stakeholders.
- Monitor, analyze, and control key project parameters.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Matric
- Relevant Degree/Diploma advantageous
- Must have a project management qualification.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years project management experience within a contact centre/corporate environment.
- PRINCE 2 Certification advantageous
- Good understanding of Agile and Scrum Methodologies

**BEHAVIOUR AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED**
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
- Able to work under pressure, manage time and resources.
- Solid organizational skills
- Ability to multitask.
- People Management Skills

**Salary**: Market related (Dependent on skill, experience and proof of income)
