And Drive Plant productivity Implementation plan of operation_ - _ Drive Plant Performance Improvement agenda by delivering the _plant performance reporting_(Global Measure Up Report, Production Daily report, Manufacturing weekly & Monthly Report, Productivity report, etc.)_ - _ Lead operations improvement programs in iro technical knowledge and manage the enhancement of the technical competency development program. ( _Lead MOS agenda) - Lead and coordinate with HR team for Operating Capability Program, like Lean six sigma program, Front Line Manager Academy, Continuous Improvement Culture - Motivate, encourage personal involving in each productivity initiatives to improve Project Management Capability and Others Productivity Driving Tools like LSS Project - Improve Soft skills in operations through coaching using The PepsiCo Way Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or related field - Must have at least 8 years’ experience in engineering, science or production management - Must have a minimum 3 years experiencing managing people - Experience in yield improvement program, cost reduction program, productivity program and etc. - Experience in managing cross-functional projects in multicultural environment - Proven leadership & results in development and implementation of operation business and people plans - Engineering/production process management/Labor management expertise - Fluently in English communication (writing, reading and speaking) - Good computer literature in Microsoft office **“PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer in line with the Employment Equity Act"
