Will be responsible for offloading the trucks and taking off sample from the trucks, truck inspections and testing of lab samples along with housekeeping. Offloading the trucks and taking of sample from trucks Truck Inspections Testing and taking the samples to the Lab Cleaning of Intake offloading area, clearing of chokes and overflowing bins Cleaning of Intake machines and House Keeping Assisting on the repairing and maintaining of the intake machines Operate and use required tools and equipment skilfully and safely Perform heavy and physical labour Read, comprehend, and work from plans and SOP's Maintain cooperative working relationships Demonstrate sensitivity to, and respect for a diverse population. Function within a team environment Follow written and verbal instructions Required to work a 5-day week Required to work overtime from time to time/ public holidays and weekends Working in a factory environment, hot noisy, dust and flour dust Must be able to perform physical activities, such as lifting equipment, bending, standing climbing and walking. Must be able to handle hazardous materials safely and tolerate exposure to electrical hazards.
**Qualification Requirements**: Matric Certificate
**Experience Requirements**: A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience, in a similar role within an FMCG environment / Milling environment
**Key Outputs**: Maintenance of tools, machinery and equipment Health and Safety hazards and precautionary measures to be observed Ability to work under pressure / sense of urgency Accuracy and attention to detail Good communication skills Accountability Respect and being Trustworthy
