**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented **International Compliance Manager** to lead our compliance documentation function and manage a small, high-performing team. This role is essential in ensuring that all client-related documentation and processes are maintained to the highest standard and in full compliance with international regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the creation, management, and maintenance of all documentation related to global mobility and compliance.
- Develop and update comprehensive guides on immigration policies, customs regulations, tax laws, housing, transportation, healthcare, and more.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external experts to gather and verify required information.
- Monitor international regulatory changes and assess their impact on client services.
- Draft, implement, and manage internal compliance policies and procedures.
- Train and support internal teams to ensure consistent adherence to compliance standards.
- Maintain meticulous records and ensure all documentation is current and accessible.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a compliance, international documentation, or similar regulatory role.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of international immigration policies, customs procedures, and regulatory frameworks is highly advantageous.
- Background in executive support or personal assistant roles is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation.
