Application Support Analyst

We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our growing team in our Stellenbosch office.

The person fulfilling this role will take a technical approach to both identifying and resolving recurring operational issues while maintaining excellent customer relationship and promoting a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Technical administration and troubleshooting and IQ Retail user functionality support
- Analytical and high problem-solving ability.
- Form part of the rotational standby team to attend to high priority issues after-hours.
- Work as part of the Support team and other departments to provide solutions to the customer
- Pro-actively taking ownership of a wide variety of calls and problems
- Alerting Senior Application Support Consultants, Team Leaders, and Application Support Manager as necessary regarding any sensitive customer issues
**Key Skills**:

- Good communicative skills.
- Knowledge of IQ Retail /ERP Systems Software will be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of SQL will be an advantage
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Bilingual in both Afrikaans & English
- Valid driver’s license with own transport
**Minimum Requirements**:

- Relevant IT Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience as a client facing Application Support and/or Systems Analysis
- Experience in a software support environment or similar
- Basic Accounting knowledge
