**PAYROLL MANAGER**

We are looking for a well-seasoned payroll professional that can manage and lead a high-volume payroll processing department as soon as possible.

**Duties include**:

- Overseeing full payroll function: all calculations and processing, Pastel Payroll and Payspace, reconciliations, audits, EMP forms
- Implement relevant systems
- WCA processing
- Liaison with clients
- Management of one payroll clerk Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll payments.
- Previous salary administration and reconciliation experience
- Previous experience in the supervision or management of payroll staff
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with payroll software packages

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Own Vehicle
- Relevant qualification
- 3 + Years experience
