Exciting opportunity available as a** Maintenance Manager (Factory)**:

- Oversee all mechanical and electrical maintenance systems, processes, practices and people to support the operational department actions, aligned with operations plan to ensure plant optimisation and efficiency, maintenance planning, and capital spares optimisation.

**Qualifications**:

- BSc or B.Eng in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- MEng would be an added advantage
- GCC Factories would be an added advantage
- GMR (2.1) experience is an advantage
- **5 years minimum experience in maintenance and engineering roles in an industrial/manufacturing environment, with exposure to the main engineering and plant optimization.**
- **Job Experience & Skills Required**:

- The maintenance manager will also be responsible for implementing preventative maintenance strategies to minimise downtime and maintain a safe and functional work environment.
- Manage and monitor unit health, safety, environmental and quality aspects
- Ensuring sound and effective financial management
- Building solid customer and supplier relationships
- Engineering support for operation
- Business improvement initiation and implementation
- Effective and efficient reporting to enable strategic decision-making
- Effective people management
- Assessing and planning to prevent machine and operational failures
- Upgrading and replacing operational equipment critical for gaining a competitive advantage
- Availability and total efficiency targets of the operation are achieved.
- Assessed and planned prevention of machine and operational failures.
- Upgraded and replaced required machine components and technology.
- Managed people effectively.
- Managed finance within approved parameters
