Your responsibilities will be:
**MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT**:

- Lead the maintenance function across all TMSA retail sites.
- Maintain asset register for site and ensure its sustainable upkeep.
- Effectively manage all contractors who carry out maintenance across the network.
- Manage all inspections, monitoring, and repairs of all assets including quality assurance, while ensuring optimal site availability.
- Lead and implement maintenance maturity initiatives across allocated portfolio.
- Developing, implementing, and controlling optimal maintenance strategies.
- Ensure maintenance system comply with all legal and company regulations.
- Manage Maintenance Budget and deliver of value initiatives.
- Define NEMO contracts KPI’s and manage contractor performance.
- Manage asset integrity assessment and implementation for allocated portfolio.

**PROJECT MANAGEMNT**:

- Ensure Project methodology compliance (based on a PMBOK model)
- Assuring effective project scoping for all allocated technical projects, including all stakeholder requirements.
- Assure that project feasibility studies are completed for all allocated projects.
- Assure that project review sessions are conducted and approved.
- Assure that all projects comply to Amethyst standards.
- Assure project design reviews are completed in line approved Project Methodology.
- Assure legal and internal processes compliance including but not limited to Municipal approvals, Design compliance,
- Management of Change and ensure optimal management of projects documentation, Commissioning and Handover.
- Monitor Performance i.e. Portfolio HSSE performance, Quality Performance, Schedule Compliance, Progress Cost Status vs Budget, Risk Management etc.
- Periodic site assessments at active construction projects for validation of construction group standards and local regulatory compliance.
**HSEQ**:

- Compliance with the OHS Act of 1993 (Asbestos, Construction, Electrical Installation, Environmental etc)
- Ensure adherence of TMSA HSEQ procedures by contractors and staff.
- Provide assurance on HSEQ and take corrective action in your area of responsibility.
- Ensure that only contractors with valid contracts are used, including Total Group ICC policy compliance.

**PROCUREMENT SUPPORT**:

- Provide input into the procurement plan and responsible for business input on allocated contracts.
- Providing Contractor Performance feedback for maintenance contractors.
- Administer documentation needed to effectively launch tender and offer technical support throughout process.
- Administration of cost estimate for various projects as per the stakeholder’s requests
- Development of internal Benchmarking tool.
- Administration of cost benchmarking to maintain market related spending

**PEOPLE MANAGEMENT**:

Manage team performance in line with agreed procedures, periodically.
- Develop, coach and mentor subordinates to promote a positive working environment.
- Manage skilled staff retention and increase productivity, including maintaining team career pipeline.

You have:

- Required Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or related)
- Preferred Qualification: Post graduation qualification in engineering management.
- Required Experience: 5-8 Maintenance Management including team leadership.
- Preferred: Petrochemical / Oil and Gas Experience
