We are currently looking for Head of Solar Project Development

**Duties**:

- Supervise project implementation from Bid award;
- Coordinate an internal multidisciplinary team (project directors and managers, technicians, legal, societal, permits and local aspects

economists, tax specialists);
- Coordinate external consultants, and/or parties including partners teams, lenders;
- Manage the project indicators such as timeline, development cost budget and project economics;
- Developing and winning proposals for scopes of services related to technical advisory, owners engineering and Due diligence work.
- Discussing and resolving technical issues with project developers and lenders/investors, including coordinating input on such issues from internal technical specialists as necessary.
- Participating in continuous improvement efforts for the team, including leading tool development, process refinement, and lessons learned activities.
- Manage and prepare the project reporting.

Qualifications:

- Higher School of Engineering;
- 10+ years professional experience in similar positions in renewable energies;
- Knowledge of renewable energy market and South African players;
- Strong interpersonal skills, coordination of multi-cultural, cross-functional and delocalized teams, and management of various partners and service

providers;
- Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple demands.
