**_Facilities Manager_**:
**What is the job**:

- To manage of the company's physical infrastructure and equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and a compliant environment for our teams and customers across several provinces.

**What will be expected of you?**:
**1. Facility Maintenance**:

- Develop and manage maintenance programs for all facility aspects; perform inspections; manage internal and external maintenance services.

**2. Preventative Maintenance & Quality Control**:

- Develop and oversee an effectively run the preventive maintenance program for restaurant facilities & equipment.
- Collaborate with Operations team to co-ordinate maintenance effectively.
- Regularly monitor and ensure quality control of maintenance work.

**3. Financial Management**
- Manage the Maintenance cost centre in line with approved budget.

**4. Stakeholder Engagement**
- Collaborate & communicate with all stakeholders to enhance and refine facilities management.
- Identify contractors, negotiate terms, monitor performance, and evaluate their effectiveness in conjunction with procurement team.

**5. People Management**
- Conduct regular restaurant visits and engage with restaurant managers to enhance service levels and efficiencies.
- Ongoing training to restaurants teams on preventative maintenance.

**Are you qualified?**
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field will be advantageous.
- 5 - 10 Years proven experience in facilities management and maintenance teams.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and health and safety regulations.

**Do you have what it takes?**:

- Proven track record in facilities management, preferably within a multi-site organization.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a history of managing diverse teams.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence.

**The Team**:

- The Facilities team consists of 2 Maintenance Managers, 1 Facilities Controller, 3 Co-Ordinator's, 1 Warehouse manager, 7 Maintenance teams, and 4 Drivers.
