Paramount International is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee the movement of goods, equipment, and materials across land, sea, and air. This role is 90% logistics and 10% procurement, with a strong focus on international freight forwarding, compliance, and operational visibility across Africa.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage international logistics across road, maritime, and airfreight.
Build strong partnerships with freight forwarders, airlines, and transport providers.
Ensure compliance with customs, Incoterms, trade, and legal requirements.
Oversee shipments from booking to final delivery.
Implement systems for real-time tracking and standardised workflows.
Align inventory and stock records across warehouses and business units.
Mitigate risks linked to customs, security, and infrastructure challenges.
Monitor KPIs, report to senior management, and drive cost efficiency.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in international logistics and supply chain management, with significant exposure to African markets.
Proven knowledge of freight forwarding, Incoterms, customs procedures, and logistics contracts.
Experience implementing logistics management systems and ensuring visibility across multiple units and countries.
Strong understanding of land freight across African corridors, as well as air and sea freight coordination.
Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in challenging environments with resilience and adaptability.
