Human Resource Assistant

We are looking for a Human Resource Assistant to provide general HR services to an outsourced client of ours based in the UK. This person needs to be exceptionally well spoken in English, and extremely service oriented to assist with all general HR administration duties for our client. You will be responsible for supporting the UK based team and client with all general administration, HR related queries, and any other duties required by the team.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- HR administrative duties
- HR recruitment administration
- HR compliance administration
- Onboarding of new subcontractor and permanent employees
- Any other administration / support functions as required by the UK client.
**Requirements for the role**:
- A minimum of a tertiary qualification in Office Administration / Human Resources / Payroll.
- A proven track record and a minimum of 3 - 5 years previous working experience in a similar role.
- High level of computer literacy in the Office365 packages - excellent skills level in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Given the nature of the business and main client being based in the UK a very high level of both spoken and written English is a must,
- Excellent telephonic skills and a passion for the telephone and servicing clients a must,
- Must be able to work to strict deadlines and targets, and bring energy to a dynamic environment,
- Must be detail oriented, conscientious, meticulous and extremely accurate in all work delivered,
- Show initiative, be proactive and a quick thinker.
- Own transport to be able to work extended hours in line with the client’s hours. Depending on the season, approximately within the hours of 8:30am to 6:30pm
- The role is based in the office in Roodepoort.
