Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee all Information System (IS) activities at the East London Manufacturing site including, but not limited to:

- Ensure compliance of standardized IS solutions across sites
- Installation of new workstations
- Management of IT Infrastructure (Active Directory, Exchange, VMware, Network...)
- Provide Technical Support to End-Users in collaboration with the Regional IS Team
- Monitor all ongoing projects handled by the regional IS team and ensure they are successfully implemented at the site level
- Contribute towards improving the IS services delivered to the business by collaborating with the regional IS team
- Ensures the security measures related to information systems are applied within his/her perimeter
- Participates in annual budget reviews related to the domain he/she manages
- Identifies training needs for the region's IS staff and develop plans to address them
- Raises awareness among the staff regarding the importance of using computers, software and other office equipment in a safe manner

Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Project Management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Highly developed interpersonal and communications skills
- Proven experience in managing a helpdesk
- Experience in managing small teams
- Understands regulatory requirements as it relates to managing data
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads
