We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Junior Site Administrator to join our teams on various sites. The primary responsibility is to provide essential administrative, logistical, and document control support to the Site Manager & Senior Site Administrator, ensuring the efficient operation of the site and accurate management of project documentation.

Qualifications

  • Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word are essential).
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently in a dynamic, fast-paced construction environment.
  • Code 8/10 license.
  • Prior administrative experience in construction or a related field is highly advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to R9 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • East London, Eastern Cape: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Code 8 or 10 (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (Preferred)
