- Understand the user stories and (features and enhancements) and where relevant create a test strategy and test plan as well as associated test cases that address feature, integration, performance, and regression testing.
- Place yourself in the shoes of a user and provide feedback to the development team regarding improvement of the customer experience
- Collaborate in a fast-paced team environment to understand, test and be part of the delivery of requirements
- Continuously improve the quality of our deliverables while reducing the number of bugs that we release into PROD
- Through the user of automated testing tools help us fast-track our regression testing across all our MNO customers.

**Minimum requirements**
- Relevant quality assurance qualifications and being able to display the way this certification informs your practice as a software tester.
- At least 3 - 5 years solid experience as a software tester - covering functional, regression, performance, integration testing.
- Thorough understanding of the QA lifecycle and understand all manner of testing
- Experience validating data sitting in SQLServer database as well as representation through the user interface.
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure, understanding SaaS Cloud based concepts

**Desirebale Skills**
- Recognition for improving the overall quality of delivered and enhance the customer experience.
- Quality Assurance is part of your DNA, and you are comfortable defending your position as gatekeeper of solution deployment into the Production environment.
- Solid experience around test automation and setting up automation test cases as well as results of such testing, and identifying root cause of defects, influencing the development practice.
- Having the ability to test from a user’s perspective, providing feedback to the development team regarding improvement of the customer experience.
