**Job Overview**

As an Affiliate Manager at Lead-On Digital Marketing, you will play a key role in growing our affiliate network, with a particular focus on engaging and managing partnerships within the insurance industry. You will be responsible for recruiting new affiliates, optimizing existing relationships, and driving affiliate growth. Familiarity with the Impact platform is essential for this role, as you will leverage it to monitor performance, track ROI, and implement strategies that maximize affiliate productivity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build out, implement and grow our affiliate strategy, delivering high quality profitable leads across all verticals, meeting required client volumes.
- Source and onboard new affiliates.
- Manage our affiliates to increase revenue and overall P&L & ROI.
- Identify and develop relationships with the key affiliate partners in the industry.
- Identify potential partners who are not in the affiliate space currently but who could be on-board as an affiliate, adding a new revenue source into their business.
- Identify opportunities to better optimize campaign results by analysing and interpreting the data and reports.
- Manage a significant budget and achieve the targets agreed.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams on a variety of projects and in a number of industries.
- Work to improve where applicable and maintain our brand presence.
- Build a team to support and execute as may be require.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level is essential (Reporting)
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building skills

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or in a similar role within the financial industry.
- Proficiency with the Impact platform for affiliate management, tracking, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, digital marketing channels, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage affiliates and foster strong relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions.
