Restaurant Management Boot Camp Trainer

**RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:
- Create, maintain and improve as needed all restaurant management training programs.
- Customised trainings as needed for management, and Induction.
- Sound understanding of all restaurant management related aspects, Including but not limited to: Inventory Systems, Cash-ups, Hygiene Standards, Quality Standards, Recipes, etc.
- Develop and implement new training systems based on the vision and goals set by the organisation.
- Recommend new methods and procedures to enhance current and operating strategies.
- Train various levels of management at Boot Camp and at stores daily.
- Create and maintain a schedule for In-store training and Boot Camp.
- Improve the Front of House experience, CSR & Mystery Shopper scores in all of our stores.
- Improve the Back of House standards In all of our stores.
- Maintain the level of Front of House service in all stores through on the job training, train the trainer and store audits.
- Maintain the level of Back of House service In all stores through on the job training, train the trainer and store audits.
- Ensuring the transfer of knowledge has taken place - having influence as a skill
- Conducting follow-up evaluations based on previous assessments
- Tracking attendance of training per store and informing when this has not occurred
**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**:
- Minimum of 3 years restaurant management experience
- Previous experience as a trainer advantageous.
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport
- Computer skills - knowledge of MS Word, Excel - needed to update tests, create evaluations, calendars correctly, etc
- Strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail and process driven;
- Self-motivated with the Ability to multi-task
- Discretion and integrity
- Stress tolerance
- Decision-making
- Professional and friendly. (Even in tough situations)
