**Job Description**:
AECOM South Africa is looking for CAD detailers and BIM Modellers for the delivery of diverse local and international bridge projects. Key responsibilities would be the preparation and management of bridge drawings using CAD or Revit.
- Works under direct supervision performing moderately complex technical work utilizing instructions, drawings, sketches and results from computer systems and schematics.
- May be involved in training and supervising technical personnel.
- May perform some data entry.

**Job Summary**:

- Preparation and management drawings for bridges, culverts and other road related structures
- Preparation and management of reinforcement detailing and bending schedules
- 3D Revit modelling of bridges and culverts based on road and rail alignment models
- Building Information Modelling (BIM)
- Knowledge of SANS, TMH7 and other relevant standards will be a benefit.

**Minimum **Requirements**:

- Minimum of five years’ experience in the drawing and modelling of bridges, culverts and other road related structures
- Proficiency in AutoCad, Revit, or Civil 3D
- Proficiency in rebar detailing software (CADS RC or similar) will be a benefit
- Good knowledge of the SANRAL and Western Cape Provincial Governments drawing procedures will be a benefit
- Experience of SOFiSTiK Bridge Modeler will be a benefit
- Experience of modelling reinforcement in 3D will be a benefit

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
- High Revit competency and specialist 3D modelling of bridges will be a benefit
