**Role Purpose/Business Unit**:

The role will focus on ensuring quality delivery of solutions within this environment with respect to system solutions, system integration, processes and controls as well as interacting with the business to ensure successful delivery of service requirements within agreed business service levels.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- To ensure high System and Service availability.
- To ensure that the BSSD Fixed and Digital Management framework is successfully embedded and executed upon by external suppliers
- To ensure that BSSD data integrity and systems governance frameworks, including and not limited to Security and GITC SOX remains uncompromised
- To ensure suitable production capacity and services are always available
- To define service levels and manage suppliers to ensure contractual and service adherence to Service Level Agreements
- Accountable for managing service to customers in alignment with customer expectations of the products and services marketed within this environment
- Manage quality of highly technical solution and numerous complex integrations ensuring end to end transaction performance and availability is uncompromised
- Contribute to and provide input to the Technical operational design of the BSSD systems
- Management of internal and external IT suppliers delivering technical and operational services, including commercial technical partners
- Setting and tracking of System KPIs to ensure consistent delivery of services and measurable improvements of services to customer
- Ensuring financial integrity and security of the platform
- Management of service transition of releases and changes into operations environment

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Matric/Grade 12 essential.
- 3 year Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field
- 8+ years of IT Operations experience.
- Siebel certification will be advantageous
- Understanding of and exposure to the Software development lifecycle and IT Operations is essential
- Exposure and experience of implementing or managing a systems environment governed by regulated control framework
- Siebel services discipline will be advantageous

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- CRM Technologies, Services and Platforms
- Security, Audit and/or Control frameworks
- Software Development life cycle and Agile best practises
- ITIL service Management
- Supplier Management in a multi-vendor context
- Technical Management of DBMS, Hardware infrastructure, Architecture
