Service Manager leads the service department team and handles customer service interactions, reports, and repairs. The service manager ensures excellent customer service and maintains strong relationships to enable customer retention.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the operations of the Service Department
- Manages, reviews and adjust procedures to be efficient
- Pricing of Spares and labour
- Relationship Management with Vendor repair departments
- Stock Management
- RMA submission to Vendor including all record keeping
- Development of new and efficient repair methods
- Profitability of the service department
- Procurement of required materials, spares and equipment
- Ensuring Compliance with Regulations
- Risk Management
- Training and development of the Service team
**POSITION MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
- National Diploma: Engineering: Electronic or Equivalent
- Computer Literacy
- Computer networks experience Advantageous
- Experience with Live Entertainment equipment Advantageous
- SAP and Advance Excel Experience Advantageous
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R25,000.00 - R35,000.00 per month
