Assist in planning for seasonal inventory and special events, working with management to anticipate demand.
Experience in kitchen management, particularly in procurement, inventory control, or kitchen operations in a high-volume setting.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen administration.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
