The AGL Group is seeking to employ an administrative assistant to the MD and CEO with Social Media responsibility.

**Job Description**:

- Answer and direct phone calls;
- Organize and schedule appointments;
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes;
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports;
- Develop and maintain a filing system;
- Book travel arrangements;
- Provide general support to visitors;
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients;
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers; and
- Create and post (in collaboration with group marketing) social media posts as and when required.

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Afrikaans, English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
