**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of catering equipment such as ovens, grills, refrigerators, dishwashers, and coffee machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, identifying the root cause of problems and implementing effective solutions.
- Perform equipment installations and ensure proper functioning according to manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborate with the sales team and customers to provide technical advice and recommendations on suitable equipment based on their requirements.
- Keep accurate records of service reports, maintenance schedules, and inventory of spare parts.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technical advancements to enhance your expertise and provide valuable insights to the team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a technician or similar role, preferably in the catering or food service industry.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of catering equipment, including ovens, grills, refrigerators, dishwashers, and coffee machines.
- Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and gas systems associated with catering equipment.
- Ability to diagnose and repair technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with customers and team members.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites as required.
- A technical qualification or certification in a relevant field will be advantageous.
