**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Provide an outstanding in-store shopping experience by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the perfect Versus Socks products.
- ** Sales**: Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store targets.
- ** Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about our product range, promotions, and features to assist customers confidently.
- ** Merchandising**: Maintain the store's appearance by ensuring displays are tidy, visually appealing, and well-stocked.
- ** Stock Management**: Assist in receiving, organizing, and replenishing inventory as needed.
- ** Point of Sale**: Accurately process transactions using the store's POS system.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the store team to achieve overall goals and uphold the Versus brand ethos.

- A friendly, energetic, and approachable personality.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service (advantageous).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
- Passion for the Versus Socks brand and an active lifestyle.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours as required.
