We are the official buyers and distributors of all SU branded apparel, gifting and accessories.

Are you a young, energetic, ambitious, and well-organized individual with a passion for e-commerce retail? We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive administrative assistant to support both our online and in-store customers. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, seamless operations, and a dynamic team that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As an e-commerce administrative assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our online and internal sales operations. You will work closely with sales, warehouse, buying department, and the E-commerce manager, ensuring that our platforms run smoothly from order processing, stock allocation, returns and refunds, and customer inquiries.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties.**
- Manage and process online orders via WooCommerce. Dispatch orders using our preferred courier companies.
- Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and shipped, ensuring a maximum 2-day turnaround.
- Process returns and refunds accurately and efficiently.
- Assist walk-in internal customers with sales and product service. Process quotes timeously and orders efficiently and accurately.
- Follow up on customer collections to ensure punctual and complete handovers.
- Conduct and record product DIMS (dimensions) and weights, uploading accurate data to the CIN7 inventory management system.
- Process all GRV’s (goods received) into the warehouse on CIN7, maintaining up-to-date and accurate stock data. Load supplier invoices and credit notes when applicable.
- Assist buyers with general administrative duties when required.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support e-commerce and internal sales operations.
- Assist with the Point of Sale (POS) when needed.
- Track and purchase monthly office consumables, ensuring cost efficiency and availability.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent qualification NQF 4
- Proven experience in e-commerce, retail, or administrative support. (min 2 years)
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Flexible and Adaptable.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.

Pay: R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stellenbosch, Western Cape 7600: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:
