**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized E-Commerce Data Capture Specialist to join our growing e-commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for adding, updating, and optimising products on our WooCommerce stores. Your focus will be on ensuring that all product data is accurately captured in our ecommerce platform, and that our online product catalog is consistent, complete, and up-to-date.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Data Entry**: Add and update product information (including descriptions, prices, images, SKUs, UPCs, variations, attributes, and more) into the WooCommerce platform.
- **Data Quality Control**: Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all product listings. Correct any discrepancies or errors in product details.
- **Content Optimisation**: Review and optimize product descriptions, titles, and metadata to improve searchability, user experience, and conversion rates.
- **Image Management**: Upload, crop, and optimize product images to ensure high quality and correct formatting. Maintain a consistent style across the image gallery. You may be required to capture some of the product images If not available.
- **Product Categorization**: Ensure all products are correctly categorized and tagged within the WooCommerce system for easy navigation and searchability.
- **SEO Best Practices**: Implement basic SEO best practices for product listings, including optimizing product titles, descriptions, and meta tags to enhance visibility in search engines.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the team ensure smooth and timely updates, promotions, and new product launches.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Basic experience working with WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms is highly preferred. We offer comprehensive training to ensure you become proficient in using our custom WooCommerce set up.
- **Typing Skills**: Good typing skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong ability to maintain high levels of accuracy when entering and managing product data.
- **Organisational Skills**: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging product descriptions.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve any product data-related issues quickly and effectively.
