**SENIOR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - JOHANNESBURG - FIXED TERM CONTRACT FOR 3 YEARS - SALARY MARKET RELATED**

**Key Competencies**:

- Strategic Sales Management: Drive the sales initiatives and growth Provincially
- Create and manage strategic relationships with the stakeholders nationally and provincially across functions and hierarchical levels in line with the Shareholders objectives.
- Understand the market and drivers in line with localisation and SMMEs/ ANPs involvement.
- Foster and manage multi-stakeholder complex relationship across all levels within the client environment.
- Develop sales pipeline based on the targets set by the shareholder.
- Work closely different stakeholders both internally and externally ensuring that adherence of business processes.
- Ensure that sales contracts are signed with customers and onboarding documentation are correctly and accurately completed.
- Acquire knowledge and appreciation for the body of governance that control sales related processes.
- Ensure that the customer submits all legal required documents required for client verification.
- Ensure that invoicing and billing information are captured correctly and accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements from NDA through customer verification to final MSA (and is schedules) negotiations and the sign of thereof.
- Projects manage internal stakeholders for delivery of customer solutions through provisioning to billing timeously.
- Ensure that client pays within agreed terms in the MSA (Master Service Agreement)
- Compliance with governance processes for triggering billing which include:

- Submission of SOF (Service Order Form) to Service- Engineering and Finance- Submission of SHFs (Service Handover Form) to SHF to- customers, Finance and Service Engineering- Maintain zero audit finding per portfolio of clients.
- Monitor and track client performance and submit report accordingly.
- The following reports should be submitted:
- Monthly Sales Reports
- Quarterly Reports
- Attend both external and internal stakeholder meetings managing the customer relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-year qualification in Commerce or Business Management

**Experience**:

- Minimum 6 years of sales experience with at least three years in dealing with complex accounts where there are multiple role players within the account as well in the fields of Engineering, Technology, Finance, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years Telecommunications related experience.
