**Primary Objectives / Role purpose**

As the Operations Manager your strong leadership and coaching experience will ensure the delivery of a great sales achievements through your team. You will directly oversee the Team Leader/s who will be driving a Sales team with the focus being on high energy, self-motivated individuals, focused on achieving their KPI’S and earning commission.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure Team Leaders performance is in line with set Sales KPIs communicated by the client.
- Continuously seek improvements in business processes, products and technology and manage the change process when improvements are implemented.
- Ensure performance measurement is carried out correctly and regularly.
- Manage and improve center performance through performance monitoring, problem resolution, system audits and quality assurance measures.
- Establish a high standard for productivity, quality, customer service as well as define user guidelines.
- Summarize, collate, and analyze call center trends and data for regular performance reports.
- Oversee system maintenance and upgrade implementation. Call for repairs and troubleshooting as needed.
- Maintain consistent professional improvement through company provided workshops, tracking call center trends and active participation in team projects.
- Ensure adherence to data protection procedures, ensuring that sensitive business data remains confidential.
- Business reporting to management on team performance

**Education and Experience**
- Grade 12 National Senior Certificate (NQF 4) (Essential)
- 3-year bachelor’s degree or NQF Equivalent advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years Operations Manager experience within a Sales Utilities Call Centre environment is (Desirable).
