We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Regional Operations Manager to join our team immediately in Gauteng. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in franchise operations, business growth, and strategic execution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Franchise Support & Development**: Provide hands-on operational support to franchisees, ensuring success and compliance with brand standards.
- **New Store Openings & Transfers**: Oversee the setup and launch of new stores and guide franchisees through ownership transitions.
- **Brand Consistency & Compliance**: Ensure all franchise locations adhere to operational procedures, company policies, and brand identity.
- **Business Performance & Accountability**: Monitor franchise performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive profitability.
- **Training & Development**: Deliver onboarding and continuous training to franchisees and their teams.
- **Market Trends & Innovation**: Stay informed on retail and tech trends to enhance operations and the customer experience.
- **Travel**: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to various franchise locations (preferred).

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Experience in retail or franchising (advantageous).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Background in franchise operations and training (beneficial).
- Strong IT aptitude - comfortable teaching and using digital tools.
- Familiarity with social media marketing to support franchisee presence.
