**About the role**:
As a representative of R2B, you will call warm leads and build relationships with potential clients, qualify, present, and engage clients in the R2B program.

Working within our successful and proven model, you will have ample opportunity to showcase your abilities and take advantage of uncapped commissions

All our leads are warm, outbound calls. No cold calling or pressure selling

**Renumeration**:
R$6,000 - R$7,000 per month plus uncapped commission

OTE R$9,000 to $45,000 per month,

YES - POTENTIAL TO EARN 45,000 RAND PER MONTH IN COMMISSIONS

**Availability**:

- Office location in Cape Town, Century City
- Hours of operation are:

- Monday to Friday 3am to 11am SAST (11am - 7pm AEST)
- Saturday 3am to 8am SAST (11am - 4pm AEST)

**Job Requirements**:

- Ability to work from office location
- Own transport to office location
- Strong English Language Essential
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Sales experience is essential.
- Knowledge of call centre calling equipment and technology.
- Good data entry and typing skills
- Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
- The ability to self-manage or work autonomously, in addition, to remotely
- Have pride and take responsibility in and for their work

**Operational Delivery**:

- Outbound warm calls
- Logging of calls in the system
- Book in consultation meetings with clients
- Attend, discuss and close consultations
- Walk clients through sign up process

We are hiring for our biggest campaign yet in the property and finance industry. Full training will be provided, along with an established support structure and environment to work remotely within the comfort of your home.

**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R7,000.00 per month
