Technical Sales Representative

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric
- 2 - 3 years of sales experience
- Must have own vehicle and valid drivers license
- Excellent communication skills to deal with clients
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers
- Hardworking with a strong work ethic
- Target driven and competitive
- Must be able to use own initiative when it comes to developing new business -think out of the box

**DUTIES**
- Reporting to the Sales Manager
- Present, promote and sell aluminium extrusions
- Generate new sales and manage clients
- Advise on optimal solutions
- Stay updated with market trends
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- A keen sense of urgency and willingness to learn additional job-related skill
- Submit quotations, including cost calculations, data sheets, and drawings to customers and follow up independently or in liaison with a responsible representative
- Develop strategies and plans to obtain business from customers (new and existing)
- Maintain and communicate account and prospect information
- Developing and maintaining client database
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business
- Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
- Informing customers of new product offerings
- Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
- Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
- Ensuring relevant managers are aware of changes within clients
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
- Base retention attending to client needs
- Achieve sales target as set by the company
- Any Adhoc related administrative duties

Monday to Thursday: 7:45am to 4:45pm

Friday: 7:45am to 3:45pm

**Salary**: R15 000 basic plus commission
