- Minimum Qualification: Undergraduate degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing.
- Minimum Experience: 5-8 years relevant experience.
- Preferred: Understanding of media landscape; Digital design.**additional requirements**:
**responsibilities**:

- Identify process improvements in order to save costs.
- Identify, control and escalate potential risks which may lead to increased costs.
- Deliver against operational and cost targets.
- Ensure team adherence to specified policies, standards and procedures to prevent and reduce wastage and escalate associated risks.
- Implement, manage and report on cost improvement objectives and communicate or escalate any shortfalls.
- Manage cost to income to increase profitability and efficiencies for the business.
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.
- Ensure that specific needs of stakeholders are addressed effectively and timeously, within area of specialisation.
- Builds and maintains a network of relationships with executives and management.
- Consistently represent the FNB brand in all customer interactions.
- Interacts and builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify changing customer needs.
- Build a culture of personal accountability and teamwork that is aligned to achieving service excellence by providing clear direction and frequent communication of work standards.
- Ensure high quality corporate communications are developed and delivered.
- Ensure that change communications are aligned to relevant business strategy and requirements
- Prioritise projects and resources to ensure that deadlines are met
- Deliver regular and timeous internal communications such as reminders, motivation, and information.
- Engage executive and management team to identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Ensure timeous and relevant communication.
- Conduct impact analyses and identify key stakeholders.
- Identify the best way to implement change.
- Organise regular engagements between leadership and employees to promote and maintain effective and collaborative relationships.
- Implement the performance contracting and review process within agreed timelines for each team member.
- Implement talent management practices in line with HR policies and procedures.
- Provide direction, coaching, and regular feedback to employees to improve performance and implement performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure that skills are transferred in specific function.
- Implement employment equity plan.
- Identifies current and future human capital needs.
- Ensure effective conflict resolution and respond to any complaints or concerns timeously.
- Identify training/development needs and pro-actively identify effective solutions to address own and staff development gaps.
- Ensure that each employee prepares a personal development plan, and review these plans and their implementation.
- Create an environment conducive to cross-functional skills transfer.
- Plan training interventions which support FNB and Group strategies.
