**Role Purpose**
- The incumbent will support and coordinate the execution of the sustainability strategy.**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Management.
- 3-5 years business management experience within the financial services industry.
- Exposure to project management and sustainability initiatives.
- Advanced Excel.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

**Internal Process**:

- Keep abreast of trends, legislation, and best practices within the business and the sustainability field.
- Contribute to the development of the sustainability strategy, plan and support the implementation of the sustainability strategy for MMI.
- Coordinate the delivery of sustainability reports, campaigns, and initiatives within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.
- Engage with stakeholders to create awareness of the implications and advantages of sustainability initiatives such as the carbon foot print, SRI index, etc., and collaborate with stakeholders to gather the required information in the correct format.
- Coordinate the gathering, capturing, collating, and calculating of data required to support the carbon footprint calculation process and the carbon disclosure project.
- Update and maintain information required for the SRI index.
- Coordinate the execution of communication plans and campaigns required for sustainability initiatives.
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders to support sustainability efforts.

**Client Services**:

- Provide authoritative, expertise and advice to clients and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver on service level agreements made with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
- Make recommendations to improvement client service within area of responsibility.
- Participate and contribute to a culture which build rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service.

**Finance**:

- Ensure accurate payment of costs against sustainability budget in line with contracts and agreements.
- Contribute to the development of area specific budgets to minimise expenditure, in alignment with operational plans.
- Identify opportunities to enhance cost effectiveness and increase operational efficiency.
- Provide input into the risk identification processes and communicate recommendations in the appropriate forum.
