We are looking for a well spoken and well presented Marketing & Communications Executive.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- **Campaign Development**:

- **Brand Management**:
Maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels, ensuring messaging aligns with company values and identity.
- **Social Media Management**:
Creating and scheduling engaging social media content, monitoring interactions, and responding to comments and inquiries.
- **Media Relations**:
Building relationships with media outlets, pitching story ideas, and managing press releases.
- **Market Research**:
Analyzing market trends and customer data to inform marketing strategies and campaign optimization.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:
Tracking campaign performance using analytics tools and providing insights to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration**:
Working closely with sales teams, and other departments to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns
- Hands-on experience with web content management tools, like WordPress
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Full knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
- Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- BSc in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field

Full understanding of design principles to create visually appealing marketing materials.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in a marketing communications role, preferably with a mix of digital and traditional marketing experience
