- Assisting with client inquiries and document processing
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations

**Requirements**:

- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Experience in South African immigration processes is **beneficial**
