***Qualifications / Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Qualification in Admin will be advantageous
- Bookkeeping certificate / equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a admin position
- Valid driver license (EB)

**Key Performance Areas**:

- Control and maintain all aspects of admin within the branch Loading of contracts on IT system to ensure correct and accurate billing to customers
- Dispensing recon monthly to balance rental assets monthly
- Preparing and control of month end stock take
- Creditors - non stock
- Petty cash
- Human resources
- Reporting i.e. rebates, national figures, monthly sales figures and lost business report
- Complying with ISO 9001 processes and procedures
- Payroll management
- Investigation analysis of financial results
- Reporting of sales figures
- Admin control
- National account preparation
