Duties & Responsibilities Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner Provide general administrative support to the branch team Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer queries Maintain internal systems and records with a high level of accuracy Support the sales and service departments with day-to-day admin tasks Liaise with customers and suppliers as needed Assist with stock control, documentation, and internal reporting Desired Experience & Qualification Matric Drivers License Previous experience in invoicing – essential Strong general administration background Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Confident using MS Office (especially Excel) and internal CRM systems Proactive, reliable, and a team player Experience in the automotive sector Package & Remuneration CTC to R CTC per month based on experience and qualifications #J-18808-Ljbffr
