Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the BI team to deliver high-quality data solutions, dashboards, and reports that support business objectives.

Develop and implement the BI strategy aligned with the company’s goals and data management practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and design BI solutions.

Oversee data modeling, data integration, ETL processes, and database management.

Ensure data accuracy, quality, and security while complying with data governance and regulatory requirements.

Provide thought leadership on data management best practices, tools, and technologies.

Manage BI tool selection, implementation, and optimization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.).

Analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to drive business growth and efficiency.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team.

Monitor and report on the performance of BI tools and platforms, ensuring uptime and reliability.

Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for BI projects.

Train, mentor, and develop team members to build BI and data analytics capabilities.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. A master’s degree is **preferred**.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar.

Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, SQL, and data modeling.

Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is an advantage.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their data services.

Demonstrated experience in managing BI projects from inception to delivery.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Knowledge of data governance, data security, and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in the IT sector or a technology-driven environment.

Understanding of machine learning, AI, or advanced analytics techniques.

Certifications in BI tools (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist).

Experience in agile methodologies and project management.
