We are looking for a motivated Junior Draughtsman with an interest in draughting and boat design, dedicated to delivering high-quality work. This role is ideal for someone entering the job market who has some relevant experience. **Summary of basic requirements**:

- Proficiency in 2D CAD drawing using AutoCAD or other industry-standard software.
- Experience in 3D CAD modelling and drafting using CATIA, Rhino, SolidWorks, or similar software.
- A portfolio of previous work or proof of abilities (practical or references).
- A neat, organised work ethic and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.

**Additional beneficial skills and experience**:

- A keen interest in the technical aspects of marine and yacht design.
- Experience with sailing, boating, or cruising.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
