Leading hospitality group is looking for a Customer Contact Centre Manager to join their team on a remote working position.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Advanced computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Teams due to on-line meetings
- Previous experience in managing large teams
- Familiar with the concept of remote working and managing teams on-line
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior position in a credit control environment
- Must be competent to effectively communicate at all levels.
- Attention to detail and great organizational & analytical skills, ability to work under pressure and dependability are key attributes
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- To achieve targets in terms of collections and implement interventions where necessary
- To be pro-active in identifying trends and resolving matters, to reduce enquiries
- To achieve efficiency and quality standards as per company policy and procedure.
- Maintaining service level agreements
- Promote guest satisfaction
- Staff development
