**What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)**

You’ll be dedicated to group of corporate clients to ensure they are personally taken care of. To ensure all requests, issues and complaints are handled efficiently and effectively. The role contributes to the company’s strategic objective of delivering service excellence to ensure ongoing subscriptions of the company’s software they provide. This role provides accountability and measurement of how well the company service and support is to their existing accounts.

Overall, you will regularly track the customer’s usage of your software and that it’s being utilized to its full potential, provide any demo’s, if need be, resolve any issues and also log in to their server to check content is loaded correctly and look for any issues. You’ll be providing feedback / reports to the team and you’ll be the “go to” person for your clients.

**Where you’ll be doing it**

The company has 17 employees, their office is in Woodmead. At first you’ll be fully office based but the idea is to move to hybrid working with 2 days in office. The team is young, dynamic and passionate about what they do. The CEO encourages a fun working environment with an office that hosts a pool table and bar. The team end work earlier on a Friday, the music comes on and they are known to play a game of pool and enjoy a beer together. The general working hours are flexible where most employees prefer to start and end early to miss traffic. There are also team building events such as going to a comedy night or out for a meal together.

They’re looking for a fun team player that is passionate about what they do and will bring a positive energy to the team. Some of the important things they value are passion, integrity, innovation, fun, accountability, being tech savvy, efficient and positive.

**What you’ll need**

You need to be Microsoft Office proficient with advanced Excel skills - be able to work with formulas and do pivot tables (this will be tested) and be tech savvy. We also need someone that can think on their feet. With it being a small company, everyone pitches in and does what is needed to help the company to succeed.
