**Job Title**: Short Term Insurance Representative (under supervision)

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate degree (preferred)
- Matric Required
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans (verbal and written)
- A keen interest to establish a career as a financial advisor
- A can-do attitude
- High attention to detail and conscientious
- Ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Strong ability to take charge and meet deadlines will ensure your success
- Must have high standards; have an ability to take initiative; and prioritise daily tasks
- Driver’s license and own reliable transport
- Results orientated, energetic, productive and able to show initiative
- Ability to prioritise activities and adjust effectively
- Manage difficult situations calmly, with optimism and be resilient under pressure

**Responsibilities**:

- All task related to being a representative on a short term insurance book that will be working under supervision
- New and Existing Business Preparation
- Liaising with Product Providers
- Driving tasks through Atwork
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
- Support to the Director in an office environment through general and client portfolio administration with executive duties
- Managing diary, organising meetings, appointments and controlling meeting access to Director
- Prepare reports and correspondence, typing, data capturing and CRM
- Liaison with service providers, instructions to and management of their execution
- Review and maintain ongoing instructions and client portfolios
