The Learning and Development Facilitator will be experienced in maintenance work processes, having worked in a mining or industrial environment for at least 4 years and will use this experience to conduct all the activities involved in the preparation, facilitation and assessment of the Maintenance Planner programme for the Academy, both classroom as well as virtual classroom sessions.
The Learning and Development Facilitator will ensure that all training programme requirements and objectives are achieved and will monitor the effective implementation and maintenance of the training courses within the programme.
This role works closely with both internal Pragma teams as well as external to delivery memorable learning experiences.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Matric
- Degree / Diploma or tertiary qualifcation at NQF level 6 and above
- 4 - 6 Years industry relevant experience in maintenance environment
- Planning and scheduling experience required
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Strong project management, excellent time management skills and must be detail oriented.
- Excellent communication, oral, and written skills.
- Possess a sound understanding of positive coaching techniques.
- Presentation skills or facilitation experience will be advantagous
